Competition rules and conditions

These competition rules shall be binding on you when entering any competition(s) operated by us, our sponsors or any company or website owned or controlled by us or our parent company from time to time.

In addition to these general competition rules, other specific terms and conditions may also apply to a particular competition. We will post any such specific competition rules on our website.

  1. This competition is open to all companies and other organisations registered in the UK. Applicants on behalf of a company and/or organisation must be over 18 years old and residents of the UK.
  2. Employees of Indigo Washroom Solutions Ltd (IWS), its parent company or any other washroom services organisation and/or  company associated to the specific competition and their families are not eligible to enter the competition.
  3. Only one entry per company/organisation is permitted, unless otherwise stated. Automated entries will be invalidated, including multiple entries from the same IP or telephone number range.
  4. Proof of making phone call, sending post/e-mail is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
  5. In order to qualify for entry into the competition, companies/organisation must allow IWS to supply a quotation for goods/services normally supplied by IWS. Before quoting, each company must be able to demonstrate that they are free from any commercial arrangement for such services as to be quoted for within the next 3 months. IWS will require copies of any existing commercial arrangement and copies of previous invoices before quoting. Minimum quote value £3000 term value.
  6. There is no obligation or purchase necessary in order to enter the competition; applicant must however comply with all rules of the competition.
  7. The competition is limited to 500 entries, however, due to the nature of the quotation process and timescale involved, IWS may allow a small overrun of the entry number to ensure all applicant are treated fairly.
  8. All applicants must comply with the specific insurance requirements of the insurance provider at all times and keep IWS indemnified for any loss or damage to the vehicle.
  9. The first prize in the competition is the use of a new Fiat 500 for 12 months, after which time the vehicle must be returned to the promoter or supplying garage in a clean and tidy manner.
  10. IWS will keep accurate record of the number of entries and provide details of each applicant on its website for verification by applicants.
  11. In the case of a prize draw, the first entry drawn will be the winner.
  12. Winners will be formally notified (by email or post) within 21 days of the closing date. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon notification. Where we notify a winner by email, we will ask for confirmation of receipt by reply email.
  13. In the case of prizes in the form of free tickets, we will contact the prize winner by phone and prize details shall be as printed on the tickets. Ticket holders shall be bound by the event promoter's terms and conditions together with those set out on the ticket and the rules and regulations of the venue.
  14. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. The prize may not be transferred to any other company/organisation or individual person.
  16. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants' request but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  17. IWS will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.
  18. Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
  19. Competition winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about IWS, and its parent company and its business and personnel received by them as a result of the competition.
  20. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.
  21. Use of false name or address, eg name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize. IWS reserves the right to oblige any potential winner to provide documentary proof of their identity and address as directed by IWS before such person may claim their prize. In certain circumstances, IWS shall, at its discretion, require any company/organisation/person to present themselves in person supported by such documentation for identification purposes (we will reimburse all reasonable travel costs incurred) prior to releasing the prize.
  22. Applicants or their representatives who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by IWS will be excluded from the competition.
  23. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
  24. We will keep your details for a reasonable time so that we can send you any prize that you have won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. We may pass your details on to our service providers and agents for the purposes of sending you the prize on our behalf.
  25. We will retain your details to keep you informed of future IWS marketing campaigns.  Your details will not be passed to a third party for marketing purposes.
  26. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition
  27. IWS may at any time issue specific rules to be read in conjunction with these rules. In the event of a conflict between two sets of rules, the competition-specific rules take priority.
  28. These rules are governed by English law.
  29. The decision of the promoter shall be final, all entrants acknowledge and accept this should they participate in this competition.
